Lauren Roesner is a professional actor and voice coach from Chicago, IL. After graduating from Cincinnati Conservatory of Music in 2013 with a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre, she has worked non-stop at regional theaters across the country. Favorite roles include Marian Paroo in The Music Man, Winifred Banks in Mary Poppins (Sierra Repertory Theatre), Maria Von Trapp in The Sound of Music, Irene Molloy in Hello, Dolly!, Judy Bernly in 9 to 5: The Musical, Velma Von Tusssle in Hairspray (Wagon Wheel Center for the Arts), Ensemble in Gypsy (Chicago Shakespeare Theatre) and various ensemble and understudy roles in My Fair Lady, How to Succeed in Business without Really Trying, and Fiddler on the Roof (STAGES St. Louis). Shortly after graduating college, Lauren won 3rd Prize in the prestigious Lotte Lenya Competition through the Kurt Weill Foundation for Music.
